Our client, a well-known regional law firm with a national presence is seeking an Associate Attorney - Health Care to join their office in Albany, NY. The ideal candidate will have three to seven years of experience practicing in healthcare and human services law. Experience with regulatory, licensure and corporate matters in relation to hospitals, physician practices, home health agencies and other health care providers required. Experience with Not-for-profit entities, HIPAA, Anti-Kickback, Stark and Telemedicine desired. This is a client focused firm with a dynamic health care practice and an excellent reputation including numerous Chambers rankings.
The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $118,000 – $140,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level.
